Restaurant „Fichtelstüberl“
Savor our hearty and fresh Franconian cuisine in our hotel restaurant "Fichtelstüberl" with a regional Franconian beer. To keep up with our international guests we update our menu regularly, but we can always guarantee that our dishes and specialites are freshly prepared and cooked. Of course, our classics, the "Wiener Schnitzel Transmar" and the "Fränkische Schäuferle" are always on the menu.

Breakfast-Room “Bistro”
A rich breakfast buffet awaits you daily in our "Bistro". You can choose between muesli, fresh rolls, various wholegrain breads, regional sausages and cheese specialties, delicious jams and various pastries. In pleasant temperatures and good weather you can enjoy your breakfast on the directly adjacent Transmar terrace.
OPENING HOURS:
Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday from 6 am to 10 am and on the weekends and public holidays from 7 am to 11 am.
